What I find traumatizing is that if they were not brought to court and given this much media attention, no one would have known about it. My fear is, how many more children are behind bars? @officialABAT how is this even possible? These are children for Christ sake!

UPDATE: Bail conditions for the minors have been set. They include:

1. 10 million Naira each.
2. ⁠2 sureties each one should be a civil servant, the other should be a family member i.e parent or sibling.
3. ⁠The civil servant should produce employment letter, last promotion letter, 2 passports and valid ID.
4. ⁠Valid means of ID.

Minors are to be remanded at a borstal home, while the adult suspects are to be remanded at Kuje Custodial Centre pending perfection of bail.

@oruzkennedy I think figuring out the one at hand is more paramount. It's not the quantity of events that but the quality of events. How do you justify when a poetry event is still owing participants for over a year now?
