@SouthwestAir Did you know you screwed over thousands of your customers? You want mandate but all means mandate. But maybe you should think of your customers who already purchased tickets and accommodations. And maybe you should be taking care of those people and maybe email someone to inform
@SouthwestAir how can such a big company have this big of a mess up? And then on top treat the customers with the weakest of compensation. Watched a lady in her 60s 2000 miles from home told she had no flight for what could be 2 days and you offered no hotel for her. How?

@SouthwestAir@dgoggiano Lend a hand? My wife and I sat in the airport for 10 hours. And had no help rebooking. You gave no options to fly out that evening so…. Ruined our trip and we lost over $1,000 in accommodations. You should be ashamed. Your pilots are right. I would’nt work for you either.
@SouthwestAir yesterday was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had from any air line in my life time. What you put your customers through was highly unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to fly with your company or your piss poor customer service. You should b ashamed
