Some are, but definitely far less than in the 60s and 70s. We have had the fire for struggle stomped out of us. And we also now have to contend with the popular, bourgeois demonization of Black militancy as inherently patriarchal and misogynistic. Plus the ethnonationalists who think Black radicalism is moot and desire greater integration into American institutions/social life.
