I don't talk about it much, but over the last 15 years or so I've done a fair amount of consulting work for residential building clients, contractors, and building materials manufacturers.

3. I also need to be firmer on deposits- I let this client slide with some work provided before the contract deposit was received, and that sets a bad precedent.
