Tactical:
▫ Firing animation sped up by 10%
▫ Riot Drill animations improved, tactical now comes out faster

Ultimate:
▫ Throw animation sped up 25%
▫ Wrecking Ball is now more reliable at moving around obstacles
▫ Explosion damage increased 20 -> 25
▫ Lifetime decreased 10s -> 7s
▫ Speed pads duration increased 2s -> 3.5s
▫ Speed pads lifetime duration decreased 60s -> 20s
▫ Speed pads give fortified buff while using
▫ Speed pads no longer drop from the final explosion
▫ Speed pads deactivate 6s after the player uses it

Level 2 Perks
▫ Shots Shots Shots: removed
▫ NEW Gunrunning: Passive movement speed increase also works with SMGs and Pistols
▫ Fire Ball: now drops magma patches along the ground as it moves and Mad Maggie takes 50% less fire damage
