@AFCCharlie1995@SilencedSaxon I think you’ll find there’s not much difference between the actions you proposed. This is the natural end point of a world view rooted in hate, no matter how “non-violent” it’s presented, some would just prefer a little less heat.
@Theswat79@harleyskooky You’re genuinely just incorrect. Consent given under threat or through coercion isn’t consent. In a court of law and morally speaking that’s rape, you’d be charged with and go to prison for rape because thats rape.
@TheWayneBruce The whole movie is about the removal of a woman’s autonomy and it starts right here. Bear is dismissing Nikki’s emotions because HE’D rather her like him back. This scene is her attempt to cut the shit and let him know she doesn’t feel the same but he cowers and doesn’t let her.
@TheWayneBruce Common when you’re teasing your friend as well. Yes it’s meant to be mixed but for Bear not the audience. Every other aspect of their relationship shows she’s not interested but Bear chooses to focus on those “hints” because it lines up with what HE wants.
@TheWayneBruce The “hints” are written in a well done way to give bear hope BUT the movie shows the audience that she clearly doesn’t feel the same way. Aside from this scene she also refers to him as a “little brother” and brings up a possible romance between Bear and Sarah to him.
"Read a fucking comic book" - I don't think I have to. I've seen 10 feature films w/ Wolverine in them. 3 of which are standalone Wolverine stories, one of which is pretty good. I've watched the cartoon. I've played X-Men video games. I think I know a good amount about Wolverine.
@ToneyC64124027@harleyskooky@summershulkie The point is that it wasn’t done because “it was a natural fit” it was done because the industry sexualises women to the point you can’t have a single female not be hot. Men changed her because THEY didn’t like her tomboyish look not because they felt Cassie grew out of it.
@PharoahAshseti@Slifer__Slacker The show was on its third season by the time the FIRST issue of the under the hood story came out. Red X as his own character showed up 2 months before that first issue came out as well.
Not sure why you’re so confident in this when the quickest google search shows you’re wrong.
@nkeoajdic Guess I was right then. It’s a shame with all the beautiful cultures in the world to appreciate you’d rather spew hate towards a group you don’t care to understand
@Soda_Moon2 Ops using spectacle in the sense that people aren’t treating the case seriously. They don’t think prosecution went for the death penalty cuz that’s what the prosecution wants, but rather to drum up and appeal to an audience, instead of giving the victim the justice she deserves.
@nkeoajdic@bajhuk74956@Gothams_Kitchen Seems like you should also give Florian a shot. Given your comment though, I’m sure you’ll want to stay in your pathetic racist little bubble
@bajhuk74956@Gothams_Kitchen There’s a Romani YouTuber I’d recommend you watch called Florian. If this “Romani” thing is something that actually bothers you then you should check him out since his whole channel is dedicated to the Romani culture and it seems like you are misinformed.
@rosstheconnell1@jayjjalen That’s not at all what people are saying. It felt corny to me as well but thats because I don’t think it was well written. The criticism is on the writing not character choices.
@fiatlmao@CreativeRhay@Hopelesserain You’re absolutely right, we should never acknowledge when a kid is doing something we find humorous. She’s not even mocking them just pointing out how funny the situation is.
@la84097@rxbs__@robyntan@KymRob25112 I think if you look to who made it official you’d understand the issue behind it. “The people who stole your land said it was okay to call it that so it must be right?” The people who made it “official” have no say in what it’s called to begin with.
@robyntan@rxbs__@KymRob25112 You always knowing it as Ayers Rock genuinely just doesn’t matter. If I only know you by a false name why should that be equally valid, Peter?
