(3/3) Conditions to claim:
-You must be a tax payer
-You cannot be receiving Housing Assistance Payment (HAP)
-The Landlord must be Rental Tenancy Board (RTB)
-You must be living in the rental place as your main residence

(2/3) If you have rented or currently renting since 2022 you can claim a tax refund.
For both 2022 and 2023 you can claim €500 as an individual or €1,000 if you are jointly assessed.
For 2024, you can claim €1,000 as an individual or €2,000 if jointly assessed.
