Yoke tracking the grain bin. You add the delivery. As you auger the grain into containers, they are weighed. When you pick it up, it's automatically subtracted from the total weight. We were running low, so we called the feed mill for a delivery. How do you know when the bin is low? Build, Break, Fix.
I had bought me some UHF RFID ear tags, and I went through them kind of quickly, and when I went to get new ones, I thought they were kind of expensive, so I called up a manufacturer. And I designed these ear tags, these are my UHF ear tags. What do you think you guys like Em? Would you put Em in your cattle's ear?
I got some of the bugs out. Still need to work on the flow. It's a little clunky. Working, but needs to be faster, more automated. What's your thoughts? Build, Break, Fix. What are building with your mobile device?
First attempt at a new program, but I noticed it was missing some stuff. I pulled out my phone took a pic and sent it to ChatGPT with the stuff I felt was lacking. Now Im waiting on another program. Build, Break, Fix.
I got the scale and the reader communicating now. Next is developing the work session for when the cattle start coming through the chute...tomorrow. Build, Break, Fix.
Got the load bars, scale, and indicator connected. Next trying to get the Tag Reaper Sentinel software to connect to the scale. The reaper tags are deployed. The Reaper Sentinel scans Reaper Tag, reads my HerdMate app, and delivers animal information. Just need to get the scale talking to Reaper Sentinel.

Iโve been building something called Broken Frontier.
Not another โAI can invent anythingโ game.
At its core is a real runtime:
IPC ENGINE โข BUILD 2026-02-26 โข V1.8
It owns the truth.
d20 resolution. Wounds. Stress. Clocks. Flags. Persistent state. Consequences that stay happened.
The AI does not get to rewrite reality. It can only propose. The engine applies structured patches. The world remembers.
One of the strangest ideas in it:
Different people can walk through the same place and experience different versions of it.
One character sees an empty church.
Another hears something inside it.
A third sees a figure in the tower that the first two literally cannot perceive.
Same objective world. Different layers of perception, based on who that character has become.
The AIโs job is not to decide what is real.
The world does that.
The AI only helps you experience it.
Still experimental. Still mine. But the engine is real.
16 months ago I didn't know what a repository was.
Tonight I published this from my phone. No desk, no keyboard.
Build. Break. Fix. That's the whole method.
Still don't know if anyone knows it's here.

Power flickered on the barn floor today and dropped communication to the Yoke, but operations didn't stop. Grabbed the dry-erase marker, logged 159.96 kg manually, power cycled, and let the ESP32 sync right back up.
โBuild, break, fix. That's how real tools are forged.
Had power issues today. The guys came and got me and said the scale was down. I replied, "What?" Somehow it was dropping power. It just takes sevreal minutes to link up, so I said just weigh the bags, write the bag weights down on the whiteboard and we will adjust the bid total when everything syncs up.
