@JancisRobinson The mark up on wine is a vital part of a restaurants revenue, especially in mayfair where rent & staff $ are higher. Corkage fee is more of a deterant IMO. Showing up with a btl is poor etiquett. Most of the time corkage can be waived with fair warning. Especially for industry
