I don’t know the guy in any capacity other than what I see in the public forums, but by all accounts it feels like he gets it. Not a perfect human, but a guy who works hard to gift us entertainment while continuing to live his best life. Isn’t that what we all should strive for?

With the final @JamesGunn Guardians out, wanted to share a few opinions about the director. 1) love how he shows love & loyalty to the actors he uses in his movie. He finds talent like no one’s business. Not a weak link anywhere and then supports them as if family.

3) How he handled himself after being taken off Guardians Vol 3. Don’t think I ever saw him make excuses in what had to be an incredibly difficult time for him. Yeah, he made jokes he shouldn’t have, but life is about evolving and personal growth.

2 memories (of many) from @ArcLightCinemas Cinerama Dome. 1) Seeing @MarvelStudios Iron Man, the beginning of the most impressive feat in popcorn movie world building history 2) Taking my young daughter to see Raiders of the Lost Ark and the face melting. She wasn’t fazed. RIP
