Chemical spills, fires, blown up pipe lines, ashes falling, war coming… if your hope is in this world it is probably quite shaken at the moment. But to have hope in a land one has not yet seen, to hope for a determined future that is eternal. That is solid.

Sometimes it is the hope of seeing loved ones in Heaven who prayed for you but never saw you come to Christ in their lifetime. Now that is something to look forward to.

Hope that is sure, is life changing. It builds a faith that is unshakable,that holds fast because of the hope that is to come. Hope feeds faith, yet faith feeds hope. Each cyclically building one another up. Keep the faith y’all, build your hope

Be still and know that I am God… Psalm 46:10. To be still, at peace, calm in the face of anything requires an anchoring force. The first ten verses of this chapter discuss various worries we could succumb to. Instead if you know Him, you can be still and know.

Discipline/correction isn’t a negative thing. The greatest players of all time had personal trainers/coaches. Not to tell them how great they are but to push them to be better. Do we want to be better? Or do we want to feel better? Let’s be better

If you are alive, and have breath then please know this. The very same God who created and sustains the entirety of creation, has plans for you that go beyond all understanding. Something that is unique to you, and neither of you are finished yet. So let’s go

A broken clock can be right twice a day, but a broken compass will only get you lost. I want to focus more on direction then time. Nothing wrong with time, but I want to go somewhere in life and not just to the end of it.

Activity doesn’t equate progress, stillness doesn’t equate regression. Growth and progress come through learning, retaining, and consistency. Stillness can be a great time of growth, just as activity can. Do not measure yourself by others, only to who you used to be #WAWD
