Well I’ve gone and overdone the running last week and now my poor knee has blown up like a balloon and is excruciating. Thank god I’ve still got loads of 30/500 cocodamol as that’s the only thing that touches the pain 😩

@bmcc_alt Thank you, you reckon it’s worth trying a compression sleeve then? I’m up for any ideas as I don’t want it to stop me doing the things I enjoy like running 🏃🏻‍♀️. It’s almost back to its normal level of pain but still doesn’t like being bent, not sure what the actual issue is 🤔
