At the 7th German-Arab Gulf Dialogue on Security and Cooperation in Berlin, the Digital Cooperation Organization contributed to a vital roundtable on “Fostering Cross-Border Cooperation on Artificial Intelligence,” hosted by Diwan.

In a keynote address, Secretary-General Deemah AlYahya called for a future where AI empowers—not excludes—underscoring the need for:

🔷 Investment in inclusive, cross-border infrastructure
