@JagexSupport id only really need 5ish days, and i should be able to do some bossing and get some gp. I mainly play IM, and dont have another account to drop items to that i could sell for membership. Sorry again, Just kinda struggling financially but i still love runescape. :P

I was falsely perma banned for botting for a year while i still had around a month of membership. Could my acc (Queen Vitani) get a couple free days?

@JagexSupport we were able to log into the site without a problem, they couldnt do it in the client. Tried switching timezones, running as admin and many other fixes. Nothing worked besides going on the site, linking their steam and logging in through the steam client. Any hope of runelite?

@JagexSupport Girlfriend of mine from russia tried to make an group ironman account, Making their account a jagex account basically locked them out of their account. Unable to use jagex launcher with a vpn, and when not using one, it says that theyre blocked.

My ironman (Queen Vitani) was falsely perma banned for botting and i managed to get my account back after a year of tweeting. But now, my hardcore ironman stats are no longer available. I wanted to compare how long my friend's hcim lasted compared to me.

@DitterBitter u joined a clan known for these things so you could "have the best chance." You blindly did things you were told to do without thinking about what you were doing. Youre a content creator, You know better than this. This apology is shallow. Dont shift the blame!!

I don't know who did it or who looked into it but my ironman was finally unbanned. I really appreciate the second chance and you have me in tears.

@JagexSupport Hi. I play only ironman. I was randomly permabanned after being a loyal player for 10+ years. I appealed, it was denied. Ive been trying to contact you guys about it and you havent looked into it despite me asking for a year on twitter. Please look into it.

@JagexTwisted forgot to add, i used mullvad vpn while playing on linux. I played like this for a long time and its possible that you guys saw other people cheating on the same ip.

I play strictly ironman due to my aspergers. My ironman (Queen Vitani) was randomly permabanned after using my phone, grinding skills and dropping items to my main.
My appeal was denied, but i never cheated.
I use linux, false positive?

False bans happen. Youtubers had been falsely banned so it was a known thing.
Clearly something messed up on your guys side because a loyal ironman-only player of many years shouldve never been perma banned for a false positive.
Im done trying.

then why perma ban on the first offense and deny appeals?
Many things couldve triggered it. Me using linux, Using mullvad for privacy, running suspicious reverse engineering software for my hobby, some sort of accessibility tool on linux. Who knows.

I had just reached endgame and just tried zulrah for the first time. Then i was perma banned for cheating.
Appeal denied but never cheated.

I have never used cheats, and ive been trying to get help for a while now but i've gotten no help besides responses telling me to go appeal it. I tried. And it was denied.
If there is a chance for false positives, like many videos have shown online, then why perma ban??
