Fantastic session at the club tonight. Members had the privilege of being taught by a true kickboxing legend Alfie Lewis. Anybody who knows the kickboxing scene will know how influential Alfie has been throughout his martial arts career. Great surprise for the students tonight.

Amazing session last night. Fight squad had some brutal sparring with each other. No going easy or light contact. These boys went to war and show nothing but respect for each other after it. #trainhardfighteasy #kickboxing #respect #fightbrothers
