I usually don’t post things like this, but my experience has been extremely disappointing in terms of both quality and service.

My bike is only 6 months old, not heavily used, and the battery has already failed. It has been lying at the service centre for 6 days and there is still no clarity on when I will get it back. I was informed that the battery has gone for warranty claim and they don’t even have a temporary replacement battery available.

What surprised me more was being told that this battery issue is happening with many customers. If that is the case, then the company should address it properly and ensure customers don’t suffer inconvenience.

I have owned bikes from Hero and other brands as well and never faced battery issues within the first 3–4 years after purchase. So naturally, I am questioning why this happened within months here.

Will the company compensate customers for the inconvenience and losses caused due to such delays?

BREAKING | Unidentified gunmen opened fire on Maulana Amir Hamza, co-founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and a US-designated terrorist, outside a news channel office in Lahore, Pakistan.

Hamza was traveling in a car with retired Justice Nazir Ahmed Ghazi when he was hit by a bullet in the arm. He is now in critical condition in hospital.

This is the second attack on him, he was also targeted in 2025.
