Time is not used or found, nor does it just go by; it is made / dedicated.
The formers are excuses, accepting the subconscious as ruler.
"An hour went by while I scrolled my phone"
Nah
You made an hour for scrolling time.

MAKE the time
Live consciously
Use your excitement like a compass toward yourself.
🗝️ See through both action and reaction. If something pleases you to do, but leaves you indifferent or ashamed when you're done - that's not excitement.

Forget logic and pull out your excitement compass every now and then.
No singular method will give all right answers - diversify your mental portfolio.

If you treat it like a hobby it will always be a hobby. If you want to make a career out of your passion, you have to treat it like a career.
How you perceive things mentally is how they become over time, belief is the root of subconscious action - you can't do it all consciously
