The Giants might get a mid-level prospect for Tyler Mahle, but the real value might just be opening up a rotation spot and some salary relief. If the pitch in some cash, they should be able to net a marginally better return, but it will be modest at best.
Some positive news: Rafael Devers OPS has climbed to .791 and he is on pace for 31 HR (like he always does).
This offense is good, and Devers is far from the Giants biggest worries (talking to myself). Find a way to build a competent pitching staff.
