@RahmEmanuel
I use a Yeti. Keeps coffee hot. Lid broke. I found a local store, lids for $10. Fuck you and the Yeti bullshit. Fuck the painted, styled hair, too. No one in your family is taking a second job. You still don't get it, "Rahm?" This guy pissed me off.
BREAKING: White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre crushes Fox News hack reporter Peter Doocy for asking a shockingly disrespectful question about the president — making him look like an utter fool in the process.
It all started with Doocy, who reliably asks ignorant and offensive questions, taking aim at Biden.
"President Biden is the oldest president in U.S. History. Why does White House staff treat him like a baby?" asked Doocy.
The deeply unprofessional query perfectly encapsulates Doocy's entire style. He is not a journalist in any real sense, he's a MAGA operative auditioning for his own show on Fox News.
"No one treats the President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief like a baby," said Jean-Pierre without missing a beat. "That's a ridiculous claim."
Doocy doubled down on his asinine question by quoting a book that claims Biden was supposedly treated like a "toddler" when dealing with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Jean-Pierre wasn't impressed.
"So look, I'll say this, there's going to be a range of books that are about every administration as you know that are going to have a variety of claims," she said. "That is not unusual. That happens all the time and we're not going to litigate those here. That's something we are not going to speak to."
"There is one thing that I do want to — because I think I was asked this question last week by one of your colleagues about this particular excerpt that they were referring to — and so I'll say this," she went on.
"We did see the excerpt, the context of the excerpt, and it seemed to be making the opposite overall point about how the value of his experience and wisdom resulted in rallying the free world against authoritarianism which is important," she said.
"We have seen this. You all have seen this. And passage of the most historic agenda in recent history and his handling of foreign policy like rallying the world around Ukraine as you just heard from our National Security Advisor who laid out in really good questions that your colleagues asked about how the president is moving forward, about Ukraine, about kind of leading into these conversations that he's going to having at the G20."
As usual, Doocy was completely outmatched by Jean-Pierre. At this point, the man should just retire and find a different job. He's terrible at this one.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you'd support booting Doocy from the press corps in favor of a real reporter — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX
We keep telling the story of great men of history coming to save democracy. It doesn't matter if they are right or left; we constantly push that A STRONG LEADER can save us. Yet this implies that democracies must always be in decay for them to need heroes to come to save them.
@birdswithfrends would be an hour and not an hour and twenty if @Bo_Wulf didn't berate, bully, and try to bait @ZBerm. I love the pod, but dang it! Lay off, and quit derailing every good conversation that tries to develop.
I’ve had people tell me to stop using the word fascist in talking about Gov DeSantis and what’s going on in Florida. I won’t stop. This is what’s going on. I won’t tone down my language when we are actively being oppressed. This is my home.
God, all of that NYT JK Rowling bigotry apologia article is absolutely terrible, both in its writing and intentions. But I found this passage hilarious. How the writer glosses over “young actors” speaking out against Rowling’s bigotry as “or worse” but focused on older actors.
@newheightshow Listening to the show this morning. Excellent work all season long. Thank you! As you talked about family, I found myself getting choked up, too. I appreciate your taking us along this year.
@jessiegender I can't believe they haven't made a Metroid movie yet. It's one of the video game properties that would make a great movie. I will never forget the big reveal the first time I won Metroid back in the day. The OG Metroid is still one of my favorite games of all time.
@jessiegender I have seen comments/headlines saying, "boycott of Hogwarts Legacy fails!" It's not a boycott! It's people choosing not to fund Jo Ann's anti-trans hate campaign. No one is militant about this. I really want to get this game, but it's still an easy decision not to get it.

Nick Sirianni is a solid dude. Classy, confident, and a leader of men (@EliotShorrParks). I feel better about the @Eagles' prospects next year than I felt at the end of Super Bowl LII.
