@viking_trash I had bought new clothes when I was in the Netherlands in May and now I was happy I did. It's 26°C and I'm sweating my ass off 💀
Can't wait to be back home 😂
@viking_trash I usually order from gymgrossisten, got good experience with Venum, but they are not exactly know for big sizes.
Generally I'd look for cotton clothing, since they breathe better and won't start to stink when you get sweaty like the plastics do
@synaktis @Nemesis_D_Type 99% of the time the "staring" is either someone completely zoned out or just a quick glance.
Would love it if people just stopped pretending to be offended by everything and just admit they like the attention.
And wear whatever you want, it is you that needs to feel good 🙄
@synaktis I don't get the general hate for newcomers (except them hogging the machines and benches). I'm always happy to see new people working on improving themselves.
Much better to help them create good habits in and out of the gym than laugh at them

@FastAnne_ The ugly reps are usually the ones giving the most progress.
If it isn't challenging you in the gym, you're not going to see results outside of the gym!
@Retxxrns@FastAnne_@R6Oig I'd add to turn your fingers about 45° inwards, you can increase the ROM a bit with it. You can keep tension on the muscle pretty far up as long as you dont lock your shoulder.
Your chest isnt fully contracted until your stretched hand is in front of the opposite shoulder(ish)
@miramasa_ The withdrawel symptoms after you get used to taking them than an actual effect of the medicine.
That being said, it does work for it's intended purpose.
I just urge people caution and keep working on the root of the problem while keeping in contact with your physician
@miramasa_ I had an internship during the trial period of a "new" antidepressant.
I've found that people often overlook the 2nd placebo effect caused by side-effects. (I notice side effect A+B so I must have the real deal).
Feel like anti-depressants are more based on not feeling... 1/2
