@Uber_Australia your Melbourne Airport service is a F#%king joke. Multiple Zone C’s for ride share. Your drivers have to go through a car park after accepting the ride. I called my ride from the aircraft and still had to wait 20 minutes at the pickup point. As bad as taxis! #joke

@Qantas congrats on absolutely atrocious treatment of a frequent flyer. I landed 30 mins ahead of my colleague into MEL and went to use the lounge whilst I waited. I was denied entry despite being completely empty, no consideration what so ever. Maybe @VirginAustralia in future.
