Dear @EcobankGhanaPLC it's been 3wks since I visited the madina branch to link my Vodacash to my account and it has not been done, I want to find out if the "system challenge" has been resolved?
@EcobankGhanaPLC I moved funds from my wallet to bank on 22.04.2024 using the 170 platform. My wallet was debited, but the account was not credited. I made a complaint over a week ago and I have been notified that case closed although the issue has not been resolved. Kndly assist
