It’s Oscars weekend once again and for the second year in a row, I’m excited to share a tribute to the past year in film. In this video you’ll find moments from over 130 movies that were released in 2025.

#ScaryMovie is exactly what I hoped it would be. A somewhat coherent commentary on how the horror genre’s changed in the 13 years since the last film baked within a cavalcade of stupidity and the occasional ingeniously constructed bit. Nothing special, but it’ll make you laugh.
So happy to have the opportunity to talk about the work of one of my all-time favorite filmmakers. Been looking forward to this since I started doing RETRO//RANKED @therollingtape. Season’s just getting started, so plenty of time to get on board ahead of #TheOdyssey.
As we prepare for #TheOdyssey@TheEmiller2002 is kicking off a new season of RETRO//RANKED to look back at Christopher Nolan’s filmography — earn early access & support the team by subscribing to Patreon today! And be sure to let us know your fav Nolan film 🎞️

#Backrooms is as inventive and thrilling as I’d hoped. Kane Parsons masterfully brings his brainchild to life in pure cinematic form, utilizing talent both in front of and behind the camera. Danny Vermette’s mindblowing production design is the real star.
So glad I waited until actually playing #007FirstLight to experience Lana Del Rey’s theme. In a game filled with love letters to the franchise, the song has to be the best. So cool that Del Rey was finally given the chance to place her stamp on the franchise, she crushed it.
#Obsession is extremely unnerving thanks to confident direction from Curry Barker and an unbelievable performance by Inde Navarrette. Barker demonstrates a thorough command of the camera through intricate lighting and shot composition that sends goosebumps down your spine.
#IsGodIs excellently blends style and humor to tell a thrilling revenge tale that never undermines the tragic nature at its core. The brilliant dynamic between its leads and the emotional essence of their quest makes you want to see it to the end even through a slow start.
