@TLRailUK @TLRailUK we've all just been turfed off at parkway! I can not believe this is a service. And yes that was the train we were on. Seriously. The most diabolical decisions last minute and sloppy. No one on parkway to tell us anything. No announcement on platform. Nothing.

@TLRailUK Being told next train x 3 only for it to change pulling into the station. very poor last minute communication which hasn't changed since my commuting days. I have MS. This now means I've used up all energy for the rest of the day and am in more pain.On the ground comms matter.

@TLRailUK Unfortunately you do this too often.Leagrave is a main station. The car park is always full and people do not live in town https://t.co/6EfoQTxz1j train from 11.46 to Leagrave.When the first train comes,it changed to airport only.Not fit service for those with mobility issues.

@TLRailUK please can you advise what the hold up is on the 13.01 from Farringdon to Leagrave? Was supposed to be at Leagrave at 13.45 but we only got to Luton around 13.56 and have been sitting here with no info. In carriage 6 and we can't hear the tannoy when driver talks. Poor.
