@UberINSupport @Uber_India the main issue is the 10-15 minutes we lose every time this happens. Drivers are incentivized to not cancel and that results in us waiting and losing time. Often they won’t answer calls or falsely claim they are coming. At least provide a way to report that behavior

@Uber_India please do something about drivers who accept requests and then never show up. This happens regularly! They decide they don’t want to do a trip and then they want the customer to cancel and bear the cost. Customers lose time and money. That’s bad business.
