@strategistjas Ahhh. Ok well my solo suggestion is hot Pilates and a sunset walking regime. You already mentioned HP, and it is COLD outside, but the sunset walks changed my life 3 years ago when I was experiencing so much work anxiety. I can’t wait for it to warm up!!!
