Of all our accomplishments at Movers+Shakers, I'm most proud of the joyful company culture we've created. โจ Joy & positivity were in full bloom at our all company summit. ๐
Thank you to my co-founder Geoffrey Goldberg for dreaming up and building this unique company, together.ย ๐ You inspire me every day!
Thank you to all of our movers and shakers who come together to do great work and create a great team. It was such a delight to see you all!ย ๐บ๐
My hope is that everyone who has interacted with Movers+Shakers will forever have a higher bar for company culture, and inspire their future teams to be more joyful, more collaborative, and more uplifting.
Too many companies today operate through punishing leadership, ego, anger, and criticism. I've personally experienced that through my career, as have so many of you. It's sad, it's painful, and it's not who we want to be as a human team.
Why is company culture my proudest achievement?
In 40 years, few of us will remember our campaigns. But I hope that, in 40 years, everyone who has worked for or with Movers+Shakers will know that it is possible to have a company based on #collaborative spirit and #joy.

Thanks to everyone who came to the @WWD Digital Beauty Forum! Quick recap of some key takeaways on our panel about "Virality on TikTok & Beyond"! ๐
@wwd ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง 1. Co-create with your audience (stop talking at them)
๐โโ๏ธ 2. Root your work in of-the-moment cultural conversations, to ride the waves!
๐ฏ 3. Always show up natively to the platform. Fit into the world around you and audiences will not see it as an ad!
How do you drive viral success on #TikTok and beyond?Join me, @elfcosmetics Chief Brand Officer Laurie Lam, and influencer Glamzilla at the @wwd Digital Beauty Forum on January 24th! ๐ฅ

People have said that "Spreading Joy" isn't a good mission to build an ad agency around. But there's nothing that makes me more proud than seeing our company thrive, under the banner of joyful storytelling and joyful work culture. ๐
Dreams do come true!
Thank you @Adweek for selecting Movers+Shakers for the Small Agency of the Year shortlist! Our team shows up every day with bold ideas and then works so hard to bring them to life in innovative ways. And our clients are brave and passionate and challenge us to dream bigger. ๐

Thanks Inc. Magazine and congrats to all 5,000 incredible companies on the #Inc500 list this year. ๐ You all know what it's like when every day is fresh, exciting, terrifying, and all the things. ๐ค
In case you're feeling discouraged please know that it rarely comes easily. I'm sure most of the other Inc. 5000 honorees would agree. And I'm here cheering for you! ๐ I admire and honor anyone who's persisting through failure and putting in the long hours that success requires.
The first few years were painfully slow. Just me and my partner Geoffrey with a dream and a commitment to keep going through all the rejection and setbacks. It wasn't until the 4th year that we stopped putting money INTO the business and could pay ourselves.
