@therealmcnair Look, you’re threading a needle, and you’re pulling it off. I’m in support. Strong chance I might be hypersensitive due to a general hate of 90’s music. I honestly was trying to be helpful in case there were others like me.
@therealmcnair A ton! All other matters of taste I’ve beeb loving. The 90s dentist office grunge stuck out like a (dare I say it) white belt. Wouldn’t the wagoneer guy on his way to pick up his lady from the horse farm be more likely to be listening to Elton John, Motown, Bowie, or Sam Cooke?
@brianmanzella Why not do a podcast with you covering the next major so we can listen? Get you a couple fellas and chop it up. Livestream and we can mute the TV.
@mfinneygolf Don’t you think if they make the ball spin more, players will choose not to chase speed as the end all, be all? The harder you hit it, the more it will spin, so distance gains from faster clubhead speed will be minimized, while crooked shots will go further offline.
@brianmanzella It’s good in the restaurant. Not as good when you bring it home. I think it’s special, but Tower of Pizza is on a whole other level. Can’t explain how good Tower’s crust is.
@chernobelskiy It’s common in listing agreement for agents to be paid if a tenant they brought ends up purchasing at any time. The amount of the fee can be negotiated, specifically as it relates to already-paid leasing fees on what would be unrealized rent income after the purchase.
@chernobelskiy Broker brings an income stream. Income stream decides to purchase the building at a price the owner is ostensibly happy to accept. Why shouldn’t the broker be compensated for that? He’s procuring cause. Maybe deduct portion of lease fee for unrealized lease $$, otherwise pay him.
