In December 1925, Our Lady appeared to Sister Lúcia at Pontevedra, holding Her Heart surrounded by sharp thorns. She looked at It and said: "Look, My daughter, at My Heart, surrounded with thorns with which ungrateful men pierce Me at every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude."
Did you know that Our Lady asked us to console Her Immaculate Heart through the First Saturday Devotion? Do you currently practice this devotion? Let us know in the comments.

At Fatima, the Angel of Portugal taught us about the Real Presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, as well as proper reverence for and reception of the Sacred Host. Read our article on our website and learn more: https://t.co/xrYLSTZu9D
“For My flesh is meat indeed: and My blood is drink indeed. He that eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, abideth in Me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father; so he that eateth Me, the same also shall live by Me. This is the bread that came down from Heaven. Not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead. He that eateth this bread, shall live forever.” (John 6:56-59)

Not all Church teachings carry the same weight. This article breaks down the difference between unalterable Catholic dogmas and open theological opinions, using the balanced wisdom of St. Thomas Aquinas as a guide.

In May 1936, Our Lord spoke to Sister Lucia, explicitly detailing the Divine plan for our age: He desires the devotion to His Mother’s Immaculate Heart to be placed directly alongside the devotion to His Own Sacred Heart.
This inseparability is a foundational element of the Fatima Message. From the very first apparitions in 1916, the Angel of Portugal prepared the children by instructing them to pray to both Hearts together, stating that They are uniquely attentive to our supplications.

Revelation to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, 1675.
Read the thread below to know how the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus was requested by Our Lord himself:
In 1675 the great revelation was made to her that she, in union with Father de la Colombière, of the Society of Jesus, was to be the chief instrument for instituting the feast of the Sacred Heart, and for spreading that devotion throughout the world.
St. John teaches that the Heart of Mary is the very source from which the Sacred Heart of Jesus was formed. To enter the Heart of the Mother is to find oneself immediately at the center of the Heart of the Son.
There is no rivalry; there is only a perfect, inseparable reflection of Divine Love.
May we learn to contemplate the Son through the Heart of the Mother, where the flame of charity never wavers.
