@evrisupportline not been able to speak to anyone regarding the appalling service provided. Couriers failed 3 days running to collect my parcel, so ended up having to transport it myself to local collection point. Package arrived damaged, but not eligible for comp. Disgusting.

@evrisupportline Attempted scam this morning after Evri failed to collect my package 3 days in a row, complained here and was asked to DM my details. Was called by 'customer care' asking me to download LemFi, which requested to link to my bank account to get compensation. How can Evri allow this?

@evrisupportline have been trying to call & online chat regarding a courier pick up since Thursday. Courier didn't arrive as promised Thursday, was told coming Friday, again no show. Meant to be 2 day delivery. What is going on?

I booked a 2 day delivery for an important package with courier pick-up. Told courier would arrive between 7 & 8pm, but did not turn up. Told would come next working day, again time window given, again did not turn up. Now told next working day, which is Monday. What is going on?
