@virginmedia hey I have got a returns pack ordered and had a email saying it will be on its way and can take 2 weeks to arrive does it really take 2 weeks to arrive thank you
@virginmedia Will I get any email to say the return is received and scanned into your warehouse to avoid any non return charges as I will be sending back same day as new provider is installed to avoid the non return charge,
Disconnection date is 3rd July 🔌
@virginmedia My disconnection date was scheduled for the 12th July but I did the one touch switch so it will be disconnected on the 3rd July and I will await my final bill, will I get a email confirmation to say the hub is back to avoid any non return equipment charges,
