My ex 'L' is claiming that my son has ADHD, ODD, and Autism. I am not a medical professional, but it's a load of crap. The poor kid is a normal 4 yr old as far as I can tell.

About to 'go legal' to get more time with my son. Over 4 years of' being patient' confirms to me that nice guys do finish last. 6 hours a week is all I am allowed at the moment, and that sucks!

5 hours a week is all I am currently "allowed" with my 3 year old boy. It makes me feel sick that 'L' thinks that it is okay. It is abuse!

Asked for more time recently. Now "graciously" allowed 5 whole hours a week with my son. The battle continues for fair and reasonable time.

Birth certificate obtained. Using a day off work to register my son on my medicare card.

On the way to work, and there is a mother and young boy in the same train carriage. I feel sad about my situation. #4HoursAWeekIsACrime

@DivorceRes_Au Thanks for your suggestions. Some of my family could cone to Aus but my parents definitely couldn't. 3rd party is good idea

Has been 2.5 years of turmoil but I now have a great fulltime job as IT Manager. Things are on the up.

Would like to take son for a little holiday to see my family. But only seeing him 4 hours at a time at the moment. Any ideas how to ask ex?

I took my son on a train for the 1st time last week. Only had 45 mins at destination because it was a 1 hour ride there and back

I get to see my son today. Still only 3 or 4 hours a week. It is such a small amount of time.
