@AaronWere1994 @xgigglypuff I disagree, there have been many excellent studies done on food safety from pasteurization and the lack of difference it makes to Milk in general. Px treated milk still had those same attributes and, again, there are no beneficial enzymes in milk that will magically help with..
@lootsakks@lovennft Sadly not true. Milk doesn't contain magic enzymes that break down lactose. Milk doesn't contain natural lactase because if it did then it wouldn't contain lactose at all. Your body is made to digest down to amino acid level, 'super fine screens' won't make a difference.
@MindMentalModel @meghaverma_art Nope sorry, milk doesn't have endogenous lactase, that's a myth. If it had lactase in it naturally then it wouldn't contain lactose at all.
@bbeach12345@xgigglypuff Ah, nope. In fact it's easier to make dairy products with pasteurized and standardized milk because then you have a consistent product going through your plant. Pasteurization also removes other microflora that will compete in your cultured products.
