It was emotional leading our team out of the tunnel tonight.
Not an open seat. Everyone on their feet and making noise. The BEST student section I’ve seen.
Jackrabbit Nation, thank you from everyone in our program.

UNPOPULAR TAKE: YOUR CHORES ARE NOT YOUR WORKOUT.
“I haven’t been to the gym, but I’ve been active.”
Okay. What did you do?
“I worked in the yard.”
“I laid carpet.”
“I cleaned the garage.”
“I moved some furniture.”
“I was on my feet all weekend.”
“I went to the zoo for three hours.”
Cool.
You did life.
And somehow we’ve convinced ourselves that because normal life required some physical effort, we can check the exercise box for the day.
Let them learn that strong, healthy, capable people are built through consistent effort. And selfishly, you get better too.
That lesson lasts way longer than the workout. That is a family standard worth building daily.
Working out with your kids changes more than their fitness.
It shows them that hard work is normal. It teaches them that preparation matters for sports, school, confidence, pressure, and life. Kids do not need another lecture about discipline.
They need to see it. They need to watch Mom or Dad show up tired, try anyway, struggle a little, laugh a little, and keep going.
That is where confidence gets built. Not from speeches. From reps.
Train with your kids. Let them see you work.
Not much for talking about it. Just likes the work when nobody’s paying attention. Our hats are off to the ladies and gentlemen that are putting in the work that it takes to get optimal results.💪💪 @Quade_Carraher @JustinCarraher1 @CoachADunn
