There r regions that have to bring oil from difrnt parts of the country bc we simply don’t have the supply. California has truckers driving hundreds of miles to bring them diesel at ridiculous rates.

You want food on the shelves right? 1.50$ more will push most truckers to a net negative!!! He’s going to cap prices. It is our oil. No one else’s.
