Secret ingredient tip. Smoked water can make almost any dish taste amazing. First used by Heston Blumenthal, it's now a chef's staple - adding dimension, flavour and aroma to many sauces. We often add it to our BBQ ranges, but it also compliments this season's autumnal flavours.
