@himbocatboy The thing is, sometimes, like in raiding... if you forget the AFK plugin and get kicked out of the instance, you can be wasting way too many people's time. In Aether the most common is to have people who do content, so if they are like me, they just keep it on all the time.

@himbocatboy I usually don't take it too seriously when someone doesn't answer me because this has happened to me. Now I use a plogon called "XIV Instant Messenger" (which is available in the default repo), so all the tells stay active even if I'm not there, so I can see them later.

@himbocatboy This has happened to me on both ends of the story. I'd say the thing with the afk status is... if you're using plogons to keep your character out of afk... the /afk doesn't work. It instantly cleanses after a few seconds because of the plogon
