If I’m not structured
I’m a mess
(which.. isn’t bad is some circumstances)
but trading I have to be structured
this is the way
from one student to another, how my journal process evolved to actually benefit me and now I’m flowing with it
Wake up excited. Today I get to do ABC, XYZ or trade. It’s not that you have to go to do this. It’s that you “get” to do this. Change your mindset. You are privileged, lucky, and blessed. “No arrogance” Process & Discipline! (watch/wait mode)
You're gonna make most of your money a couple of days a month. The key is staying in the game long enough and having a game plan to participate in those great days!
Like being a pro athlete, successful trading is a lifestyle. Routine, fitness, strategy, mindset, ego, capital allocation, energy & stress management. It all ties together. We don't just "show up and trade!"
Please like & retweet! 🙏
Helps motivate me to make them regularly!
This one's long BUT there is A LOT of good info in here! Slowly starting to introduce my #TakeActionWindow method!
Have a great trading week! 🙂📈

We're not looking for perfect, we're looking for profit. You're not going to feel perfect. Market conditions won't be perfect, and the setup is rarely perfect. But we need to push thru that, and find opportunities that are CLOSE ENOUGH, because that's what professionals do!
Good Morning!
If you’re struggling, try this for 2 weeks:
1. 1 contract at a time
2. ATM or ITM options
3. 1 month exp for day trades
4. Set a 2:1 r/r ratio
5. Journal your entry, exit and the high after you sold
Review journal after 2 weeks. Adjust profit target if consistently higher.
Answer these 3 questions in your journal at the end of each day, and read them before you trade the following day...
What went well?
What do I need to improve?
What did I learn?
Build on what's working, chip away at your weaknesses, and learn a little more each day.
The markets may be erratic, but they're not random. They're either Range-Bound or Trending. They both have a distinct personality and a set of easy-to-learn patterns that work well in them. Learn to identify the "Day Type, " apply the proper setups, and you're unstoppable!
Develop an "even keel" while you're trading. No extreme highs when you're winning. No deep lows when you lose. Find a good trade. Get a result, and learn from it. Move on to finding the next good trade. Rinse and Repeat.
Start by trading the “I don’t care” position size. Trade small enough so you don't care if you win or lose. Focus on proper execution because the PROCESS MAKES THE PROFITS. If you're anxious while you're trading, you're trading too big. Slow down. Don't rush the Process.
