Update: The @noidapolice have been instructed to "investigate and take necessary action" against Pankaj and Awadhesh for running a fraudulent scam call center. Additionally, Zoho Assist's fraud team has permanently banned the scammers' accounts. Incredible work! @noidapolice, @ZohoCares, @ZohoAssist, @Zoho.
