@RobertsSpaceInd so i went and tried to exchange the ship and refunded it for 'store credits', then went and bought the Aurora MR standalone ship (not realizing it doesn't have a 'game package' associated with it because its hidden right at the bottom in small print.

@RobertsSpaceInd all i wanted to do was change my mustang package to the Aurora package as it would suit my gameplay better. there will be no monetary loss on RSI's side. but their support cannot change a few lines of code or click a button on my account to change my ship
