I’ve been a loyal client for a long time. After passing both challenge phases on my $100k Stellar account, my account was suddenly put “under investigation” for alleged device sharing. The device used originally belonged to my brother but is now solely mine.

I’ve never managed anyone else’s account. No issue was raised in Phase 1 or 2 until the payout stage.
If my funded account won’t be reinstated, refund my challenge fee immediately or I’ll escalate to consumer protection bodies and EFCC.
