Malawian High Commissioner in SA, Adam Ali says both the Malawi and South African governments must shoulder the blame for immigration woes that have seen thousands camping in Durban awaiting repatriation. This follows recent marches against undocumented immigrants in parts of the country.

However, they were turned away by the Malawians, who advised them to find their own gathering place.
