@phaneritic Yeah it is dust born from disturbed soils. I know it takes advantage of any moisture to reproduce... Wondering if *too much water and deep saturation might actually be bad for reproduction? Thus maybe 2023 saturation will be good for that?

@gspeng @phaneritic @geotripper No a palm doesn't indicate a "fissure" (spring?). People grow palms all over the Altamont back there. A lone palm on a ranch indicates the rancher's wife won an argument at the garden section of the feed store, so a palm came home in the back of the truck that day in 1976.
