Had a little talk with a friend who works as staff for cons, about receiving very mean and negative comments regarding technical issues, delays at panels and such

And I think we have to remember sometimes that some of these people sleep like 5h per week, not even eat properly, burn themselves, just for us to have a good convention experience and enjoy our time there, all this without getting paid at all!

The least we can do is at least be respectful when giving criticism, and also point out the things you liked about the con maybe! There are people behind all that work, it doesn’t just magically happen
