As a society, it is important to understand that there is an increasing drive for women in being effective in the workplace & owning businesses. Women are rising above the stereotypes of only being useful in the home as caregivers and are now able to balance both career & family.

Women are able to combine both career and family. Equal opportunities should be given to both genders in respect to careers. Gender bias when hiring a woman either for her unmarried status or being pregnant should be discouraged.
