So, crazy thought I had and I want to gage what you guys think.

So the EU claims they have only 6 weeks of jet fuel reserves left. Australia is running out of diesel. China has at best 4 months of oil reserves.

Strait of Hormuz makes up roughly 50% of china’s oil and LNG imports.

Australia gets 80%+ of their refined fuel through Asia. Which is heavily dependent on the strait.
The EU gets 12-18% of their LNG from the strait.

Do you think Trump planned to cripple all three of these regions and simultaneously bolster US oil exports with the operations in Venezuela and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz?

Serve just 5 years in Congress and you qualify for a federal pension; something most Americans spend decades chasing and never get close to achieving.

They also lock in access to heavily subsidized healthcare plans with stable coverage, while millions of Americans deal with rising premiums, high deductibles, and coverage tied to whether they even have a job.

Then there’s retirement.
The same system that pushed the country away from pensions and toward 401(k)s, where your future depends on market swings and how much you can afford to set aside; left everyday workers holding the risk.

The hypocrisy is astounding. Policies like the Revenue Act of 1978 made it easier for companies to move away from guaranteed pensions and onto plans where the burden falls on you.

So while Americans were told to take on more responsibility, more uncertainty, and more risk…
Congress kept access to stability.

And let’s talk about pay.

Members of Congress pull in about $174,000 a year, before benefits, while millions of Americans are working full-time just trying to stay ahead of rent, groceries, fuel, and healthcare.

Same country.
One group writes the rules.
The other lives with them.
