@RonFilipkowski Whatever will Beyoncé do? She’ll belt out country music all the way to bank while he lives on residual checks. But seriously, music and art are thankfully not segregated and are open to everyone.
@americasgreat@krassenstein It’s called taking the high road. Something we used to value in America. If we’re truly focusing on Making America Great Again, it should start with an example from the office that leads us. If we expect it from grade school children, we can expect it from adults.
@jsavite I don’t know either of you, but I hope your pain eases as time goes by. I hope you eventually feel more happy than heartache when something reminds you of him. I hope eventually, in your own time and only when you’re ready, you’re able to laugh without crying and feel true joy!
@Deaddoghank@PollywoggyJ@beergnome1st@realKGBMan@VancityReynolds Government pays your hospitals for their services. They are businesses. You just have it held out in taxes. Unless all of your healthcare is provided by volunteers… you have a business with employees.
@realKGBMan@beergnome1st@VancityReynolds Who do you think creates that directory or that website you use to look up how to contact the hospital… yep, my team 😁. And the patient handbooks, and the forms that are filed out, and the DNR forms, and basically every form that is used.
@gbeqnd @realKGBMan@beergnome1st@VancityReynolds No, no they don’t. We offer a behavioral health unit. Only one in our county. We deliver babies, some don’t. We don’t have a neurosurgeon. So many hospitals offer different services.
@realKGBMan@beergnome1st@VancityReynolds Hospitals are companies. We files taxes like any other. We have employees we pay. We, however do have fundraisers since we write off close to a million dollars of services almost monthly. How would anyone know about those without marketing?
@realKGBMan@beergnome1st@VancityReynolds How do you know what services are offered at area hospitals? Which ones have a Maternity unit? Wait times at ED? Rehabilitation services? That’s why we market. For public knowledge. And we’re a small not for profit.
@DrHarryThomas First… Amazing credentials!! Second, and I can’t express this strongly enough to “john52659143” 🙄🙄🙄. And finally, thank you for all the work I’m sure you’re overwhelmed with right now. Speaking from the front lines in small town America, you’re appreciated!!
@jesus_jimz Healthcare will do our very best to answer the call. We don’t care why a patient got where they are, we care that patients get to go home to their families! Do we wish it hadn’t gotten to this point… absolutely! But once the patient is in our care, all that fades away!!
@Arvanna34@tomellis17 When we have a patient who has decided to stop medical treatment, we open to ALL visitors 18+ and immediate kiddos. We understand how precious those moments are and want to ease the grief of those families. Even CoViD patients. We sacrificed our PPE so they could say goodbye.
@Tomohawk1989 Short job tenure or too long of a CV are red flags. Key words w/ bullet points: lead a team of 75, increased revenue by 4%, decreased expenditures by 7%, created tenure recognition program, promoted within 2 years etc. I’m hiring candidates now and it’s been rough!
