Many congratulations to our Pastry Chef Chris Seddon: leading Team UK to 4th place in the World Cup of Patisserie in Lyon, the highest place ever for a British team.

Aprons at the ready… the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie, the World Cup of pastry, takes place this weekend in Lyon. UK team captain is our own pastry star, Chris Seddon. Chris & the team will be up against the very best talent in a bid to bring the title home.

Negroni Week 2021 is taking place this week & with Seven Hillls Gin, The Goring Cocktail Bar is celebrating with The Negroni Italiano (Grandpa Goring’s favourite) & the Garden Negroni (a freshened up take on the classic). Each one utterly delicious. Do pop by & try them!
