Proof that if a simple and inexpensive way for smokers and chewers to responsibly dispose of the waste associated with their habit is provided it will be used.

You could have 2,500 of them with the grant being provided to Councils by @DefraGovUK for improving binfrastructure!

Had cause to pull a few people up today on language / approach. Shouting, aggression etc not on. Public servants are your neighbours, they live in your street. They are as perfect / imperfect as you but they will be back tomorrow and the next day, trying their best.
