Just so everyone knows, if you and your family live between houses, Disney wants you to pay for ANOTHER account! In other words, the policy really isn't a "Household", its a "Home". My family- my "Household" already pays for Disney Plus, but when we visit our country house on the weekends Disney + Tells me I need to open another account. The SAME People are watching it ( My children), it's not even being watched at both locations at the same time. So if your a father who travels often or you own multiple properties...remember this. This means, after the "genius" executives at Disney don't even have the brain capacity to implement something like Youtube, say I pay for 2 or 4 screens to stream....That's exactly what I should get, no matter where I am. Otherwise what's the point on having the app?! and If I'm expected to pay for TWO full Disney plus accounts, then the juice isn't worth the squeeze. AND don't expect them to work with you either, they told me to basically shove off. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We tried to give Disney another chance but their TERRIBLE top down decision making has all but destroyed what's left of a company that was so reminiscent of our childhoods.
